If God is good, all-knowing, and all-powerful, how can evil and suffering exist? This week we’ll look at the logical, evidential, and existential problems of evil, anchor ourselves in Scripture (Job, the Psalms, Romans 8, and the cross), and learn several biblical “theodicy” frameworks so we avoid shallow clichés. We’ll close with practical case studies on how to speak with truth, humility, and hope to people who are hurting.
